The HR Executive Compliance Council, Inc. (HREXCC) is a California-based nonprofit mutual benefit corporation that empowers executives and business professionals through compliance expertise, continuing education, and leadership development to effectively navigate today’s complex business environment.

In today’s environment of mass layoffs, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, shifting workplace expectations, rising costs, and economic uncertainty, leaders are being asked to do more with less while still maintaining compliance and protecting culture. At the same time, many professionals are navigating career transitions whether that means upskilling, pivoting into consulting, scaling a new startup, or learning how to start a business of their own. HR EXCC helps both organizations and individuals meet these challenges.

 

For organizations, we provide legal resources and training to strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and align strategy with long-term sustainability.

How Membership Works

Traditional professional associations typically charge annual dues, then tack on extra fees for every event or training session. Instead of one predictable cost, members end up juggling multiple $40 style event fees on top of annual dues, costs that add up quickly and create extra hassle with repeated registrations and more paperwork when seeking employer reimbursement.

While HR EXCC offers the broader HR community free online events, our members receive even more.

The Council takes a smarter approach:

Annual membership dues include access to HR EXCC’s core programming, which consists of one compliance training session each month.

One payment, zero registration hassle, and one simple invoice your employer can easily reimburse or preapprove.

This model not only reduces costs but also makes professional development easier to plan, eliminating the need to track emails or social media posts for upcoming events or training sessions. It also streamlines employer approval or reimbursement since everything is covered under one predictable annual fee.

Members are automatically enrolled in the 12 core programs held once a month and yes, it's that simple.

In the Works

HR EXCC is continually exploring new ways to enhance the member experience. Future initiatives may include premium workshops, certification programs, and/or special onsite networking events. These optional offerings are planned to complement the core membership benefits and may be subject to separate registration and fees if implemented. Our goal is to provide members with expanded opportunities for learning and connection, ensuring HR EXCC remains at the forefront of professional development in an evolving HR and business landscape.
